Jordan Atlas is not a chef and has no professional training. But he likes food a whole bunch and has been creating it since he was a wee piece of shit. He is passionate about cooking it, eating it, making it for people, travelling the world to discover it, and just looking at it. If his untrained ass can make these foods, you can too!
This site is his way of giving back to a community that didn’t ask for and doesn’t want his contribution.
He finds pleasure in eating with friends and family, Irish whiskey, a perfect cheeseburger, playing music around a fire, Gary Roberts, throwing stuff at other stuff, a timely harmonica, sour cream, Mexican food, Mexico, dank bars, finding new wicked things to eat, The Wire, and strangely, eating in airports. That’s pretty much it. He’s a simple fella.
