made @chefromainavril’s 15 hour pomme dauphinoise.. a fuckton of thin layers of potatoes with infused cream and gruyère. if you like a long process this is a fun one. i liked the crispier ones better (pic 1 opposed to pic 3)

This hamburger helper lookin muhfucker is tagliatelle ai funghi. We hand rolled and cut the pasta.. wasn’t as consistent as a rolling machine but fun for a change. Cooked the mushrooms down in a white wine sauce 🤤
